Today is a B day here at the Belleville Middle/High School.
Our happenings-
We are showing our school spirit this morning! Let's get those Pirates!
HOMECOMING -
PEP RALLY - The rally was amazing last night at the pep rally. The gym was rocking with spirit as you sang with your classmates, competed in games and represented your teams. Great job! Let's bring that energy this evening.
Our 2017 Homecoming King and Queen are Cole Myers and Samantha Trainor. Congratulations to all! They will now rein over the parade this afternoon, the game tonight and the dance tomorrow.
We wish to thank the Belleville Embroidery, Anderson's Custom Processing and our PTO for their donations of T-shirts and gift cards for the Pep Rally and dance. We are so thankful for their support.
The game tonight will our very own Wildcats going against the Waterloo Pirates. Game starts at 7:00 p.m. Let's keep those victories coming! Hope to see you all there!
The Homecoming Dance will be held tomorrow night from 8:00 - midnight. The Grand March at 9:00 p.m. Cost for the dance is $5.00 for all spectator families attending the Grand March.
This is a semi-formal dance. Please check the Homecoming Wall for appropriate dress. Shorts, jeans, t-shirts and athletic wear should not be worn. Please see Mrs. Tretow or another staff person if you have any questions regarding what to wear. We hope to see you there!
BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT - The Middle School will be hosting their Back-To-School night this evening from 5:00-7:00 p.m. There will be fun, food and festivities.
NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY - Juniors and Seniors who would like to apply to National Honor Society pick up your applications in Mrs. Alsteens' room. Deadline for applications is October 1st.
MATH TEAM - What is the probability that you will like math team? Answer -ONE! Come to the first math team meeting next Wednesday at lunch! Be there or be square....or rectangular.... or rhombussy...or
OTHER SPORTS -
CROSS COUNTRY - Our Cross Country teams will be running in the Midwest Cross Country Invitational in Janesville tomorrow. The event will be held at the Blackhawk Golf Course in Janesville running starts at 9:00 a.m. The slate of teams looks like about 40-wow, sounds like a big meet. Stay hydrated and run your best, Wildcats!
