Online Payments:
Through e~Funds you will be able to make payments on a schedule that is convenient for you, and for any amount that you choose.
To access the payment site you will start by logging into Family Access. When you are logged into Family Access, click on Fee Management or Food Service. You will see that there is now a "Make a Payment" button which will redirect you to the proper e~Funds site for our district (https://payments.efundsforschools.com/v3/districts/56148/). It is important that you are on the Belleville e~Funds page - check the upper left corner for our district name:
Registration:
First time access will require registration, which is quick and easy. Once registered, link your student(s) to your e~Funds account; you will need a Family Number (student's primary phone number) or Student Number (in Family Access, under Student Info, look for "Other ID") to locate your student(s).
You will also need to enter your bank or credit/debit card information before scheduling recurring payments. Under Account Settings, select Payment Information, and enter your preferred method of payment.

Setting up Recurring Payments:
Under Payment Options, select Schedule a Pre-Authorized Payment. You will select a frequency, dollar amount, and end date (optional). If you have more than one student in the district you only need to set up one payment; all students in the family will have equal access to the funds.
