The School District of Belleville is excited to announce that we are updating our fee-management services for the 2024-25 academic year. With the introduction of Vanco Events Tickets and RevTrak Student Fee services, we hope to offer our families a better way to pay. The change is at no additional cost to our families, but is a shift we are making to provide an easier system for online ticket purchasing and to make paying for student fees faster and more convenient. Streamlining these needs through a better fee management system will improve making payments for our Belleville Learning community. When making payments, you will see a separate processing fee from the company. These fees have always been part of your payments and the percentage has not changed, but in order to be more transparent, they will show as an additional charge.
Vanco Events Tickets provides convenience and ease when it comes to purchasing tickets for things like school-related sports and theater events, or Community Ed & Rec activities. Vanco Events does not require families to create an account (unless one chooses to make one) as it is possible to select the guest check-out with a provided email address and have tickets for your selected event sent directly to the purchaser electronically.
RevTrak was implemented on July 1st, 2024. RevTrak require families to create an account through Skyward. Please follow the instructions for creating an account on our RevTrak/Skyward Parent Guide to set up your account for the 2024-25 school year.
In order to make the transition into the 2024-25 school year smooth, we have made these adjustments by partnering with the two new fee management systems. Our goal is to make your online payment experience more user-friendly.
