Attendance Line

The School District of Belleville has two methods of contact for absence reporting: Email and Phone. 

Email:
To report a student’s absence via email, send a message to either esattendance@belleville.k12.wi.us or mshsattendance@belleville.k12.wi.us depending on your child’s building.

Phone:
To register your child’s absence via phone, call (608) 835–6120. A message may be left 24 hours a day.

When calling this number, you will hear a welcome greeting indicating which number to select.

For attendance you will immediately press 1. To select the specific school you are calling, select:

Elementary School - Press 2
Middle/High School - Press 3

After selecting the school you may leave your message indicating your name, your child’s name and the reason of the of absence.
