2009 Capitol (South) Conference Outlook:

WI Heights: Good Experience & Talent, Solid Team, should be a contender for the championship
Waterloo: Solid team last year, Returning talent w/ all starters returning, Contender for the title
Cambridge, Marshall, & New Glarus: Building programs, individuals w/ talent, capable of upsets
